摘要
目的本研究对心肌梗死后左室重构大鼠心肌中Eef1a1和JUP蛋白的表达进行分析,探讨心肌梗死后心室重构的发生机制。方法将23只大鼠随机分为LVR组12只、Sham组11只。LVR组采用结扎冠状动脉前降支,并饲养4周,制成心肌梗死后左室重构模型。Sham组只挂线不结扎。免疫组织化学方法检测两组心肌中Eef1a1和JUP蛋白表达变化。结果免疫组织化学法结果显示,EeF1α1的表达在LVR组较Sham组显著增加(P<0.01)。JUP的表达LVR组较Sham组也增加(P<0.05)。结论 EeF1α1和JUP蛋白的表达异常可能在心肌梗死后左室重构中发挥作用。
Objective To explore the mechanism of ventricular remodeling after MI,we analysis the expression of EeF1a1 and JUP in myocardial of rats with Left Ventricular remodeling following myocardial infarction.Methods 23 Wistar rats were randomized into the LVR group(n=12)and the Sham-operated group(n=11),in the LVR group,after the anterior descending coronary artery was ligated,the rats were fed for four weeks before the LVR models were established.Rats in the sham-operated group undwent the same surgical procedure,including threading drawing,but not ligation.We analysis the expression of proteins EeF1a1 and JUP by immunohistochemistry.Results By immunohistochemistry the expression of EeF1a1 was significantly increased in LVR group(P0.01),the expression of JUP was also increased in LVR group(P0.05).Conclusion Abormal expression of EeF1a1 and JUP may play an important rule in LVR following MI.
