血液hs-CRP和MCP-1检测在冠心病诊断中的临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血液中hs-CRP和MCP-1浓度在冠心病(CHD)诊断中的临床意义。方法以CHD患者86例、健康对照30例样本为试验材料,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清hs-CRP浓度和血浆MCP-1浓度。结果 CHD组中平均hs-CRP和MCP-1浓度分别为20.22±7.90ρ/mg.L-1和319.77±33.71ng.L-1,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。ROC分析发现,单独使用hs-CRP时Youden指数最高(1.711),相应的敏感度和特异性为79.0%和92.1%。将hs-CRP/MCP-1两个指标联合检测时,对乳腺癌诊断的敏感性、特异性和Youden指数分别达到80.2%、91.4%和1.716。结论血液中hs-CRP和MCP-1浓度可以作为CHD临床诊断的分子标志物,而联合检测比使用单一指标能显著提高检测效能。 Objective We evaluated the diagnosis value of serum hs-CRP and plasma MCP-1 in coronary artery heart disease(CHD).Methods The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELLSA) was used to detect the concentration of hs-CRP and MCP-1 in 86 cases of CHD and 30 normal persons.Results The concentration of hs-CRP and MCP-1 were 20.22±7.90 ρ/mg·L-1 and 319.77±33.71 ng·L-1 in CHD group,which were significantly higher than that in normal person group(P0.05).When the two biomarkers were analyzed separately,hs-CRP had higher Youden index of 1.711.In contrast,the sensitivity,specificity,and Youden index based on the combined assay of hs-CRP and MCP-1 were 80.2%,91.4% and 1.716,respectively.Conclusion The hs-CRP and MCP-1 could be used as biomarkers in the diagnosis of CHD.The combined assay could significant improve the detection power.
