检测尿胱抑素C对评估肾小管损伤的临床意义

摘要 目的探讨肾功能受损患者尿胱抑素C(cystainC;CYS-C)的变化与肾小管损伤之间的关系。方法采用免疫比浊法检测74例尿蛋白阳性疑似肾功能不全患者血清及尿液中的胱抑素C,用酶法检测血清肌酐、尿素及尿液中的肌酐,同时检测了40例健康人血清及尿液中的胱抑素C、肌酐及血清酐、尿素作为对照。结果肾功能不全患者血清尿素、肌酐、胱抑素C和尿液中的胱抑素C显著高于健康对照组,且尿液中的肌酐显著低于健康对照组。结论通过实验结果分析,尿液中的胱抑素C水平与肾功能不全患者肾小管损伤之间存在显著相关性,可以作为肾小管损伤的一个敏感指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the urine cystanin C in kidney disease and renal tubular injury.Methods The concentrations of serum and urine cystanin C were measured in 74 patients with urine protein cationed kidney diease by means of immune nephelometric assay.,and the levels of serum creatinine 、serum urea、urine creatinine were measured by enzyme assay.At the same time,40 healthy volunteers'urine cystanin C 、 creatinine and serum urea、cystanin、creatinine as control group were measured.Results The levels of urine cystanin C in patients with kidney disease were significantly higher than those healthy volunteers.Conclusion The correlation betweent the levels of urine cystanin C and renal tubuler injury was significant by analysis.Urine cystanin C is able to be a sensitive marker for the patients with renal tubular injury.
