摘要 该文介绍反胶束特点及作为酶催化介质优点;阐述酶增溶于反胶束中结构模型、动力学模型及影响酶活性主要因素;综述反胶束体系中酶纯化、酶固定化和酶催化在反胶束体系中应用研究进展,并对酶在反胶束体系中应用进行展望。 The advantages of reverse micelles system as a media of enzyme catalysis are described in this paper. In addition, the structural model, the main factors affecting enzyme activity in reverse micelles, the purification and immobilization of enzyme in reverse micelles are discussed, and the newly study on the application of enzyme catalysis reaction in reverse mieelles are presented.
