辽宁省生猪生产发展分析

Analysis on Development of Pig Production in Liaoning Province

辽宁省是中国东北地区(指辽宁、吉林、黑龙江三省)最大的生猪生产省,全省肉猪出栏量和猪肉产量均在东北地区占有很大的比重。辽宁省生猪生产是全省畜牧业生产的重要组成部分,同时也是全省农业和农村经济的支柱产业之一。改革开放以来,特别是中国加入世界贸易组织10年来,辽宁省生猪生产发展迅速,2001—2010年的肉猪出栏量和猪肉产量增幅均显著高于全国平均水平。本文首先介绍辽宁省生猪生产的发展现状,然后分析影响辽宁省生猪生产的主要因素,最后提出辽宁省生猪生产可持续发展的对策建议。

Liaoning province is the biggest province of pig production in the northeast China （including Liaoning, J ilin, Hei- longjiang）. Both of the province＇s slaughtered fattened hogs and pork production take large proportions in the northeast. Pig production in Liaoning province is an important part of the province＇s animal husbandry production, and is also one of pillar in dustries of the province＇s agricultural and rural economy. Since reform and opening, especially after China＇s entry into the World Trade Organization for ten years, pig production in Liaoning province developed rapidly. From 2001 to 2010, the slaughtered fattened hogs and pork production increased significantly, were higher than the average levels of the whole country. The paper firstly introduces the current of pig production development in Liaoning province, and then analyzes the main factors influencing its development, finally put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for sustainable development of pig production in Lia- oning province.
