摘要
鸡蛋市场是中国重要的农副产品市场,其稳定性不仅关系到养殖户、居民消费者的稳定,同样也关系到中国禽蛋市场以至于农产品市场的稳定。根据21世纪以来鸡蛋市场价格数据以及相关波动理论,得出鸡蛋价格的波动特征:长期表现为价格增长,短期呈现明显的周期性波动,并且对鸡蛋价格的月度数据以及日变化数据进行分析研究,并结合其波动特征,最后提出一些政策性建议。
The egg market is a significant agricultural product market. Its stability is not only related to the stability of farmers and con- sumers, also related to poultry and even to the agricultural markets. This paper draws a conclusion on the characteristics of fluctuations in the price of eggs： the prices increase for long--term and the obvious cyclical fluctuation for short--term according to the egg market price data in the 21st century and the wave theory. This paper also presents some policy suggestions.
