摘要
从系统论和热力学角度出发,提出以技术势差为基础的农业技术扩散模型,并构建相应指标体系;利用熵值法确定各指标权重,根据2000—2010年数据,对福建省农业技术传导效率进行评价.结果表明,福建省农业技术传导效率综合评价指数从2000年的0.447 1增长到2010年的0.579 2,经历了先降后升的"U"型发展轨迹;对福建省农业技术传导效率影响最大的3个指标是基尼系数、农林渔发展技术合同成交数、农业机耕地面积.
From the system theory and thermodynamic theory,this paper puts forward the concept of the technical potential difference and technical resistance,establishes the agricultural technology diffusion model based on the technical potential difference and the corresponding index system.The entropy method is used to determine the weight of each index,and then the agricultural technology conduction efficiency of Fujian Province is made a evaluation according to the data of 2000—2010.The results show that the agricultural technology transfer efficiency of Fujian Province increases ceaselessly from 0.4471 to 0.5792,the comprehensive evaluation index system and other subsystems index were undergone down then up under "U" type development path;the greatest indexes are Gini coefficient,the number of contracts traded in development of agriculture and mechanized farming area.
