摘要
深海管道轴向对准工具是一种用于深水海底管道连接作业的特种机具,该机具和接应工具一起可以完成两个待连接管道的轴向位置对准作业,为管道法兰连接做准备.随着我国海洋石油逐渐走向深水,该机具的研制具有重要的现实意义.通过研究管道在海底的轴向对准作业全过程,确定了该机具的总体方案,同时对其重要部件连接锁紧装置、调整装置和夹紧装置进行了设计分析,最后对夹紧机构进行了运动学仿真,验证了轴向对准工具设计方案的合理性,为其液压系统设计及试验样机的研制提供了理论依据.
Deep-sea pipeline axial force and alignment tool (AFAT) exhibits special tools used for connection of deepwater submarine pipelines, that works together with a reaction force tool (RFF) and completion of pipelines axial position alignment. The pipelines axial position alignment connects and prepares the flange connection as well. China's offshore oil trend is deeper than the ocean water and development of the AFAT will have important practical significances. The study of the entire operating process of pipelines axial alignment on the seabed, scheme of the AFAT, importance of connecting and locking devices, adjusting device, and clamping device were designed and analyzed. Through the study of the whole operating process of the pipelines axial alignment on the seabed, overall scheme of the AFAT was determined, and its important parts of connecting and locking device, adjusting device and clamping device were designed and analyzed, finally kinematics simulation was carried on clamping mechanism, which verify the rationality of design scheme for the AFAT and provide theoretical basis for the design of hydraulic system and development of test prototype.
