摘要
目的:通过对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者院内转运的持续质量改进,降低意外事件发生率,提升护理质量。方法:把急诊科2008年1月至2012年1月共593例AMI患者分为改进前后A、B组进行研究。结果:改进后转运途中意外发生率降低6.92%,转运成功率上升6.92%,接收病区满意率及交接时准备完成率均提高。结论:重视AMI患者院内转运工作,开展持续质量改进、落实改进措施、评价改进效果、优化工作流程、持续监控护理质量能保证患者安全,防止发生医疗纠纷。
Objective:Through acute myocardial infarction { AMI ) patients with nosocomial trans- shipment of continuous quality improvement, reduce accident rate, improve the quality of nursing. Methods:The emergency department from 2008 January to 2012 January a total of 593 patients with AMI were divided into group A and group B before and after improvement research. Results: After improvement measure,the accident rate decreased to 6.92%, the safety transport increased to 6. 92%. The satisfied rate of ward were improved. Conclusion: The importance of AMI patients with nosocomial transshipment, carrying out continuous quality improvement, implementation and ira- provement measures, evaluation of improvement effect, optimize the work flow, continuous moni- toring quality of care, to ensure patient safety, prevent the occurrence of medical disputes.
