广西桂北地区住院脑卒中患者及家属相关知识认知调查分析

Cognitive investigation and analysis of the related knowledge of stroke among cerebral stroke patients in hospital and their family members in the northern areas of Guilin,Guangxi

目的:了解广西桂北地区住院脑卒中患者及其家属疾病相关知识认知水平,为调整护理人员的护理行为提供依据。方法:用自行设计的问卷分别调查412例(排除既往有卒中病史者)住院患者及其家属对疾病相关知识的掌握和需求。结果:桂北地区绝大部分住院脑卒中患者及家属对脑卒中的相关知识认知水平总体较差。结论:桂北地区脑卒中患者及家属对相关疾病知识认知水平尚浅,有待提高,护理人员应有针对性地对患者及家属进行健康教育。

Objective： To learn the cognitive level of disease-related knowledge of stroke patients and their family members so as to provide a basis to adjust the nursing behaviour for nursing personnel. Methods. 412 patients in hospital （except for those with stroke history） and their family members were investigated respectively about the mastering and requirement of the disease-related knowledge with self-designed questionnaire. Results. The total cognitive level of the stroke-related knowledge among the patients in hospital and their family members in the northern areas of Guilin was very low. Conclusion.. The disease-related knowledge of the stroke patients and their dependents is poor and needs improving greatly. Health education should be conducted specifically to patients and their families.
