摘要
针对重型钢制轮辐提出了用错距旋压的方式来加工钢制轮辐的改进方案。将轮辐曲母线段离散成一系列小曲线段,利用线性逼近的思想,用小直线段替代小曲线段,曲母线段可看作无数个锥形段旋压的集合,则其变形规律遵循正弦规律;建立轮辐旋压过程的有限元模型,通过在不同参数下的模拟,得出了一组较优的工艺参数;分析在较优参数模拟条件下工件变形区旋压力的变化。
Due to the complicated structure, irregular wall-thickness of heavy steel spoke and large forming load, some shortcomings such as tension fracture and crinkle sometimes were emerged in the molding process. The improvement scheme of stagger spinning on spoke forming was proposed based on the problem. The curved generatrix has been divided into many small sections. With the use of the idea of linear approximation, curve segment can be replaced with small straight segments. And curved generatrix can be regarded as set of innumerability conical sections and follows the sine law in generally. The paper established spokes spinning process finite element model, through the simulation in different parameters, and reached the conclusion that a group of the better process parameters. And the paper analyzed simulation conditions the deformation area spin the changes of pressure in an optimal parameter.
