摘要
针对零件铣削加工时的刀具半径补偿问题,阐述了刀具半径补偿功能与工件精度之间的关系,以及自动编程时刀具半径补偿处理方法,并通过实例介绍了运用UG软件,在零件精铣时生成刀具半径补偿指令的CAM操作。
According to the problem of cutter radius compensation in the milling processing, the relations between the cutter radius compensation function and the accuracy of workpiece were introduced. The processing methods of cutter radius compensation in automatic programming were researched. Based on an example the CAM operation of cutter radius compensation in finish milling was applied used UG software.
