E-cadherin和COX-2在大肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of E-cadherin and COX-2 in Large Intestinal Cancer Tissue, and Their Clinical Significance

摘要 为探讨上皮型钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)和环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在大肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义,本研究应用免疫组织化学EnVision法检测70例大肠癌组织及18例正常大肠组织中E-cadherin和COX-2的表达,并分析其与临床病理因素之间的相关性。结果显示,E-cadherin在大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为58.57%(41/70),明显低于其在正常大肠组织中的阳性表达率88.89%(16/18),P<O.05;COX-2在大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为68.57%(48/70),明显高于其在正常大肠组织中的阳性表达率16.67%(3/18),P<0.05。E-cadherin和COX-2在大肠癌组织中的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结转移情况相关,P<0.05;与患者性别、年龄无关,P〉0.05。E-cadherin和COX-2在大肠癌组织中的表达呈负相关,r=0.28,P<0.05。结果表明,E-cadherin和COX-2的表达与大肠癌的发生、发展、侵袭、转移密切相关,可作为大肠癌治疗及预后评估的重要指标。 This study was to investigate the expression of epithelial cadherin(E-cadherin) and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) in large intestinal cancer tissue, and their clinical significance. By using EnVision of immuno- histochemistry the expression of E-cadherin and COX-2 in 70 cancer tissue and 18 normal tissue were detected, and the correlation of expression and clinical pathological factors was analyzed. As results,the positivity expression rate of E-cadherin in cancer tissue was significantly lower than that in normal tissue[58.57% (41/70) vs 88.89% (16/18), P〈0.05] ,while that of COX-2 in cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in normal tissue[68.57% (48/70) vs 16.67% (3/18), P 〈0.05];And,the expression of E-cadherin and COX-2 in cancer tissue was related to the invasive depth, differentiation degree of neoplasms and lymph-node metastasis( P〈0.05) ,while no relation with sex and age of patients( P 〉0.05) ;E-cadherin expression in cancer tissue was correlated with COX-2 expression negatively( r =-0.28, P 〈0. 05). Results show that E-cadherin and COX-2 are closely related to occurrence, development,invasion and metastasis of large intestinal cancer,which could be important indicators for treating larger intestinal cancer and evaluating prognosis.
