摘要
本文分析了汽车检测线的工作方式和各工位的检测原理,建立了汽车检测线的分布式控制系统模型。针对各检测项目的特点和工作方式,确定了各检测设备类型,并规范了检测线的结构布局,详细介绍了各工位节点的硬件结构和软件流程。该检测线实现"一人、一卡、一车"的检测流程,对提高汽车检测速度以及实现方便快捷的管理具有重大理论意义和推广使用价值。
This paper analyzes the work way and the principle of automobile inspecting line,and builds the distributed computer control system model.According to the characteristics of the detection equipment and work methods,this paper identifies the types of detection equipment,and standardizes the layout of automobile inspecting line,and introduces the hardware design and software design of position node in detail.The inspecting line realized the "one person,one card,one car" inspection process.It has important theoretical significance and application value for improving the inspection speed greatly,as well as for convenient and efficient management.
