电力系统电磁辐射无线电干扰值的监测

摘要 结合实践经验,针对电力项目电磁辐射环境影响评价及验收工作中高压架空线路及输变电站无线电干扰值监测中存在的问题进行分析,指出了影响监测结果的关键因素,主要包括电磁辐射背景值、测试仪器参数设置、天线类型、测试频率以及测试位置和距离等,以为进一步规范无线电干扰值监测方法和科学评价无线电干扰对环境造成的影响提供参考和依据,也使该项指标在环评及验收工作中更具有实际应用价值。 Combining with practical experience, the environmental impact assessment (EIA) was carnea out, and the problems existed in the process of measuring radio interference in high-tension overhead line and power substation were analyzed and discussed in detail. Consequently, it was pointed out that the key factors which impact the monitoring results mainly include background value of electromagnetic radiation, parameter settings of test instrument, antenna type, test frequency, location, distance, etc. The study could not only provide foundations and references for further standardizations of monitoring wireless interference and scientific evaluation on the environmental impacts of radio interference, but also have practical applications in the EIA, inspection and acceptance.
