摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定钨矿石中铟的含量。试样以过氧化钠为熔剂在高温下熔融,在5.5mol.L-1氢溴酸介质中,用乙酸丁酯萃取的微量铟,再用6mol.L-1盐酸溶液将铟反萃取入水相,达到了对样品中微量铟的富集和分离的目的。试验选择铟的分析线为230.606nm。铟的质量浓度在0.1~100mg.L-1范围内与发射强度呈线性关系,检出限(3s)为0.03mg.L-1。方法用于标准样品的分析,铟的测定结果与认定值吻合,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在3.2%~7.2%之间。
The content of indium in tungsten ore was determined by ICP-AES. The sample was fused at high temperature with Naz 02 as flue Indium in sample was enriched and separated by extraction with butyl acetate from 5.5 mol·L^-1 HBr medium, and then back-extracted to aqueous phase with 6 mol·L^-1 HC1 solution. Analytical spectral line of 230. 606 nm for In was chosen for the analysis. Linear relationship between values of emissive intensity and mass concentration was kept in the range of 0. 1- 100 mg·L^-1, with detection limit (3s) of 0. 03 mg·L^-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of standard samples, and results obtained were consistent with the certified values, with RSD's (n=6) in the range of 3. 2%-7. 2%.
