摘要
目的:对在昆大学生的感恩心理与人际关系现状进行调查分析,探索感恩心理与人际关系之间的关系。方法:本文采用修订的多维感恩量表和人际关系综合诊断量表,对昆明大学、昆明理工大学、云南师范大学三所大学的485名大学生进行问卷调查。结果表明感恩与人际关系困扰之间存在显著负相关;不同水平感恩组之间在人际关系困扰方面存在显著差异;感恩可以在一定程度上对人际关系困扰作出预测。
Objective： To explore the relationship between gratitude and interpersonal relation. Method： We use the measurement of The multi- dimensional GRAT and interpersonal disturbances in college students which is revised by myself to 485 college students who come from Kun Ming college , Yunnan normal university and Kun Ming University of Science and Technology . Result： The two are negative correlations between gratitute and interpersonal disturbances.there were significant differences of interpersonal disturbances in different level gratitude group. We found gratitute can predict interpersonal relation.
