子宫内膜的修整在辅助生殖技术中的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Endometrial Rectification in Assisted Reproductive Technology

目的:探讨子宫内膜整理术对改善子宫内膜容受性的临床意义。方法:回顾性分析2010年11月～201 1年6月在我生殖中心进行辅助生殖治疗的患者中,有473例患者具有子宫内膜整理术的适应症,其中在胚胎移植前2～3周进行子宫内膜整理术的381例患者为研究组,而未做过子宫内膜整理术的92例患者为对照组,两组均在OPU术后第三日移植2或3个优质胚胎,比较两组患者的胚胎种植率和临床妊娠率。结果:研究组的胚胎种植率和临床妊娠率分别为25.59%,42%显著高于对照组18.48%,31.52%(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜整理术可改善子宫内膜容受性进而提高胚胎种植率和临床妊娠率。

Objective：To explore the significance of endometrial rectification to improve endometrial receptivity. Methods：The retrospective analysis therapy patients Dy assistt.reproduction treatment in November 2010 to June 2011.A total of 473 patients has indication of endometrial rectification,381 patients（treatment group） were operated endometrial 2-3 weeks before embryo transfer.The remaining 92 patients were nottreated and used as control.The two groups transplant 2 or 3 high embryos in D3 after OPU,The outcome of two groups was evaluated by the rates of embryo implantation and clinical pregnancy.Results：The rates of embryo implantation and clinical pregnancy in the treatment group were 25.59%and 42%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group（18.48%and 31.52%）（P 0.05）.Conclusion：The endometrial rectification may improve endometrial receptivity and advance the rates of embryo implantation and clinical pregnancy.
