The article introduces the technical principle and work process of a sort of new auto laser dicing machine. The key modules of the machine are detailed stated. This machine is aimed at the stack-placed work pieces, work pieces can be automatic loaded and unloaded. Laser machining combines the characteristic of galvo scanning's accuracy and rapid and the advantage of worktable's large range, especially adapt to the machining of large work piece and complex graphics.
