摘要
以乙腈作为溶剂,对猕猴桃样品进行超声萃取,经弗罗里硅土-活性炭混合柱净化,以石油醚/乙酸乙酯洗脱,HPLC–UV检测,外标法定量,建立了吡虫啉在猕猴桃中的残留分析方法。结果表明:在0.1~5.0 mg/kg的添加水平,平均回收率为87.18%~109.3%,相对标准偏差为1.14%~4.87%,检出限为0.010 mg/kg。该法简便快速,灵敏度高,适用于猕猴桃中吡虫啉残留量的测定。
A method had been developed for the residue quantifications of imidacloprid in kiwi_fruit using high performance liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The residues were ultrasonic extracted by acetonitrile, followed by purification on the forisil silica and activated-carbon-mixed colunm, finally determined by HPLC-UV. The results showed that recovery rate ranged from 87.18% to 109.3% at 0.1 - 5.0 mg/kg fortification level. This method was also highly precise with a relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.14% - 4.87%. The method detection limit (MDL) was 0. 010 mg/kg and proved to be simple, rapid, sensitive and reproducible, therefore applicable for the determination of imidacloprid residue in kiwifruit.
