摘要
企业集团面对外部资本市场的不健全,为了扩大融资渠道,更有效地监督项目进程,实现资源的有效配置,就要充分发挥好内部资本市场的资本配置功能。我们在前人研究的基础上,通过分析影响内部资本市场效率的因素,提出了一些提高内部资本市场效率的合理化建议。
The external capital market of enterprise Group is not perfect.In order to expand the financing channels,monitor progress,achieve efficient allocation of resources,we should give full play to the capital allocation function of the internal capital market.This paper offers some reasonable suggestions to improve the internal efficiency of capital markets.
