摘要
中小企业在增加就业、促进国民经济增长、推动技术创新等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。但就中小企业发展来看,还存在着许多问题与困难。大力推进中小企业服务体系建设,帮助中小企业渡过难关,实现平稳健康发展显得十分必要。
SMEs play an increasingly important role in increasing employment and promoting national economic growth and technological innovation.However,the development of small and medium-sized enterprises still has many problems and difficulties.it is very necessary to vigorously promote the construction of service system for SMEs,to help SMEs weather the storm,and achieve a stable and healthy development.
