甲真菌感染真菌培养鉴定与耐药性分析

Distribution and drug resistance of fungal genus among 63 Onychomycosis patients

摘要 目的探讨甲真菌病病原菌种类及对常用抗真菌药物的敏感度,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法常规培养分离真菌,并鉴定到种,采用最小抑菌浓度法进行体外药物敏感试验。结果培养分离的28株菌中,假丝酵母菌占85.71%,皮肤癣菌占10.71%,霉菌占3.57%;24株假丝酵母菌中近平滑念珠菌检出最多占35.71%;分离菌株对两性霉素、伊曲康唑和氟康唑耐药率较高。结论假丝酵母菌在甲真菌感染中多见,对抗真菌药物的耐药性具有种间差异,应引起重视。 Objective To study the prevalence, pathogenic characteristics and drug resistance of Onychomyeosis to pro- vide the reference for clinical treatment. Methods The fungi were cultured and identified conventionally. The medical sus- ceptibility test was performed by MIC methods. Results Among 28 strains of fungi, the most common organisms were Candi- da (85.71%), then was pathogenic dermatophytes (10.71%) and mycetes (3.57%). Candida parapsilosis (35.71%) was the most common in 24 strains of Candida. Drug resistance to four commonly used antifungal drugs showed drug resistance to amphoteri- cin, itraconaznle and fluconazole were higher. Conclustions Candida infection is commonly in Onychomycosis. Significant difference of drug resistance occurs among different Candida infection, which should arouse great attention of physicians.
