电离子与干扰素联合泛昔洛韦治疗尖锐湿疣临床观察

Effect of famciclovir combined with electric ion and interferon on condyloma accuminatum

目的观察电离子与干扰素联合泛昔洛韦治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法将100例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组,治疗组50例,对照组50例,对照组采用电离子联合局部注射干扰素治疗,治疗组在采用上述电离子与干扰素治疗方法的基础上,同时口服泛昔洛韦片。结果治疗组治愈率为88.0%;对照组治愈率为72.0%,治疗组治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组复发率为12.0%;对照组复发率为28.0%,治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电离子与干扰素联合泛昔洛韦治疗尖锐湿疣,疗效显著,治愈率高,复发率低,副作用少,值得临床推广应用。

Objecitve To evaluate the efficacy of famciclovir combined with electric ion and interferon in treating condy- loma accuminatum. Methods A hundred patients with condyloma accuminatum were divided into two groups randomly, the treatment group （50 patients） and the control group （50 patients）. Patients in control group were treated by electric ion and inter- feron, and those in treatment group weretreated with electric ion and interferon plus famcielovir. Results The cure rates in the treatment group and control group were 88.0% and 72.0% respectively, and the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The recurrent rates in the treatment group and control group were 12.0% and 28.0% respec- tively; The recurrent rate of the treatment group was lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of famciclovir with electric ion and interferon is a safe and effective way for treating eondyloma aceuminatum patients.
