摘要 采用理论分析、数值模拟与成形试验相结合的方法,研究了板材多点成形回弹补偿和修正方法。基于弹性幂强化材料模型推导了回弹前曲率的计算公式,结合三次B样条拟合建立了修正回弹的模具型面补偿方法。根据计算得到的模具型面信息对成形过程进行了数值模拟及试验验证,结果表明:本文方法可以有效地控制单曲率曲面多点成形过程中回弹引起的形状误差。 An algorithm was established for springback compensation and modification in multi-point forming(MPF) by combination of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and forming experiment.A calculation formula for the curvature before springback was derived based on the elasticpower hardening model of the material.Using the cubic B-sphine fitting method,a springback compensation method to correct the die surface was proposed.On the basis of calculation results of die surface information,numerical simulations and forming experiments were done for MPF process.The results showed that the compensation algorithm can effectively control error caused by springback for single-curvature surface in MPF.
