ST段水平延长在冠心病诊断中的价值

The effect of prolonged ST segment on the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

目的 :评价心电图 ST段水平延长≥ 0 .12 s,对冠心病的诊断价值。方法 :对经冠状动脉造影证实为冠心病的 2 7例患者 (冠心病组 )和 32例非冠心病患者 (对照组 )的静态心电图进行分析。结果 :两组 ST段水平延长≥ 0 .12 s,阳性率差异有非常显著意义 (P<0 .0 1) ,ST段水平延长诊断冠心病的敏感性为 81.5 % ,特异性为 6 5 .6 % ,阳性预测率为 6 6 .7% ,阴性预测率为 80 .8% ,准确度为 72 .9%。冠心病组中多支病变与单支病变相比 ,ST段延长更为显著 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :ST段水平延长≥ 0 .12

Objective: To investigate the effect of ST prolonging on the diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD) . Methods:The ECG characteristics were examined in 27 cases of CHD and 32 cases of non CHD, both were comfirmed by coronary angiography. Results: The positive ratio of ST≥0.12s in CHD group was much higher than non CHD group (P< 0. 01) , with a sensitivity of 81. 5%, a specificity of 65. 6%, a positive prediction rate of 66. 7%,a negative prediction rate of 80. 8% and accuracy rate of 72.9%.The ST segment was remarkably prolonged in patients with multi-vessel lesions than single vessel involved patients (P<0.05).
