摘要 目的 :研究结构型一氧化氮合酶 (c NOS)在慢性缺氧高二氧化碳的大鼠支气管中的表达及分布。方法 :用原位杂交技术 ,对慢性缺氧高二氧化碳的大鼠支气管中 c NOS的表达进行定位研究。结果 :慢性缺氧高二氧化碳大鼠的各级支气管平滑肌细胞呈 c NOS阳性染色反应 ,上皮细胞呈 c NOS弱阳性染色反应。结论 :慢性缺氧高二氧化碳时 ,c Objective:To study constructive nitric oxide synthase (cNOS) expression and localization in bronchus of rat with chronic hypoxia and hypercapnia. Methods: By in situ hybridization,the cNOS expression was observed in bronchus of rat with chronic hypoxia and hypercapnia. Results: In bronchus of rat with chronic hypoxia and hypercapnia,positive staining of cNOS was evident in the smooth muscle cell.Positive staining also presented in the epithelia, but it was absent in the smooth muscle cell. Conclusion: Expression of cNOS was inhibited im the epithelia of rat bronchus with chronic hypoxia and hypercapnia. [FK(WB80011。5]
