摘要
目的 :探讨解脲脲原体 (以下简称 Uu)感染胎盘的发病机制。方法 :取胎膜早破和早产胎盘组织标本各 10例 ,Uu培养均阳性 (试验组 ) ;同时取 10例正常妊娠胎盘组织 (对照组 )进行电镜观察。结果 :试验组胎盘组织中有 16例发现有不同程度的 Uu感染现象 ,并引起绒毛滋养层细胞和绒毛间质发生不同程度的病理改变。结论 :Uu感染是导致部分胎膜早破和早产的主要原因。 Uu不仅吸附在滋养层细胞膜表面诱发相应的超微病理改变 ,而且还进入滋养层细胞体内 。
Objective:To study pathology of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) infecting placenta. Methods:Ten samples of placenta of preterm birth and premature rupture with masculine Uu(test group) and ten normal placenta tissues(control group) were respectively obtained and observed with TEM.Results:Among 20 placenta tissues of the test group,16 samples were found to have Uu infection to different degrees,which resulted in pathological changes of villous cytotrophoblast and villous middle.Conclusion:Uu infection is the main factor leading to partly premature rupture of the membrane and preterm birth.Uu not only bring out corresponding ultrapathological changes by adhering to the surface of the cytotrophoblast membrane,but also enters the body of the cytotrophoblast and does harm to them directly.[FK(WB80011。5]
