摘要
目的 :探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断人工机械瓣功能障碍的价值。方法 :对 6例人工机械瓣功能障碍患者的超声心动图 (UCG)检查资料作回顾分析 ,3例与手术结果对照。结果 :U CG主要表现为主动脉瓣位机械瓣赘生物形成伴关闭不全 ,二尖瓣位机械瓣叶开放幅度降低、消失 ,连续多普勒 (CW)估测瓣口面积≤ 1.2 cm2 ,彩色多普勒血流显象 (CDFI)示中度关闭不全 ,6例患者左房室均增大。其中 3例行急诊再次人工机械瓣置换 ,U CG特点与手术所见基本一致。结论 :U CG能便捷实时监测人工机械瓣功能障碍 ,机械瓣置换后患者应定期行 U
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of two-dimensional echocardiography(2DE) and color doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in detecting dysfunction of the replaced mechanical valve prostheses.Methods: This study summarized echocardiographic appearances of 6 cases with dysfunction of the replaced mechanical valve prostheses and compared with reoperational fingings in 3 cases. Results: Vegetations and insufficiency of aortic replaced mechanical valve prostheses were detected by 2DE.The movement of the mitral replaced mechanical valve prostheses valves in 2DE decreased or disappeared.2ED could also demonstrate enlargement fo the atria and ventricles.The area of mitral valve prostheses<1.2cm 2.Moderate or severe valvular regurgitations in 6 cases were present with CDFI.The findings of reoperation in 3 cases conformed to the features of echocardiography. Conclusion: The dysfunction of the replaced mechanical valve prostheses could be detected by 2DE and CDFI conveniently.The function of the replaced mechanical valve prostheses must be monitored by 2DE and CDFI regularly after operation.
