摘要
对路面缝隙的处理,由原来的间接加热灌缝,改革成胶条式直接加热焊灌缝;对路、桥面的流滑拥包由原来的稀浆封层养护,改革成刨铣凿槽处理;对路、桥面渗漏水的处理,由原来的覆盖式养护,改革成渗透修复式养护;路、桥面防撞墙,护栏底座,箱梁等部位均采用硅烷基养护材料。该养护体系全方位将桥梁、路面进行预养护,表现出施工简单、挥发损失少、材料用量省及环境污染少等特点,在路、桥预养护方面具有很好的应用价值。
The treatment of pavement crack is reformed from the original indirect heating slot filling to the rubber-strip direct heating welding seam.The treatment of the flow slide lumps of road pavement and bridge deck is reformed from the original slurry seal maintenance to the planing and milling gouge technique.The treatment of pavement and deck leakage is reformed from the original covering maintenance to the penetration repairing maintenance.The silane based maintenance material is all used in the anti-collision wall,guardrail base,box girder and etc of pavement and deck.This maintenance system will completely pre-maintain the bridge and pavement,which has the characteristics of simple construction,a few volatilization losses,economized materials and a little environmental pollution,and has the good application value in the pre-maintenance of road and bridge.
