摘要
人工费是构成直接工程费的三个费用之一,随着中国人口红利的结束,人工工资的大幅度提高,导致人工费在直接工程费中的比重越来越大,该文通过对一些具体的工程的测算,来探讨人工费对概算造价的影响。
The labor cost is one of three costs to compose the direct engineering cost.With the end of demographic dividend in China,the labor wage is greatly enhanced,which results in the increasing the proportion of labor cost.The article measures some engineering practices to discuss the influence of labor cost on the budgetary estimation and construction cost.
