The Infrared Thermal Imaging Data Fitting Method Based on Genetic Algorithm

摘要 提出了基于遗传算法的红外热像数据拟合方法,并运用试验对其进行了验证。结果表明,该方法能够明显地抑制噪声和加热不均匀现象,增强缺陷的对比度,并且处理效果明显优于一般多项式拟合方法,是一种具有潜在应用价值的红外热像数据处理方法。 The infrared thermal imaging data fitting method was presented based on the genetic algorithm, and the effect of this method was demonstrated by experhnent. The results showed that the method could suppress noise and heating non uniformity remarkably, and the contrast of defects could be enhanced. The effect of this method was superior to that of the general polynomial fitting method, and it had potential applications in infrared image data processing.
