食管鳞状细胞癌中p53蛋白和PCNA表达与淋巴结转移的关系

Expression of p53 proteins and PCNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with lymph node metastasis

目的 :探讨食管鳞状细胞癌 p5 3蛋白及增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)共同表达的意义。方法 :应用免疫组化 S- P法研究 10 3例食管鳞状细胞癌 p5 3蛋白和 PCNA表达情况。结果 :p5 3蛋白阳性率为 6 0 .2 % ,PCNA高表达率为5 5 .3% ;p5 3蛋白阳性、PCNA高表达均与淋巴结转移有关 (P=0 .0 2 87,P=0 .0 0 0 7) ;当两者共同表达时 ,淋巴结转移率比其单表达者明显增高 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :p5 3和 PCNA可能有协同作用。对食管鳞状细胞癌患者同时检测 p5 3和

Objective:To study significance of p53 proteins and PCNA coexpression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma Methods:Using S P immunohistochemical methods,p53 and PCNA expressions in 103 cases of human esophageal carcinoma were studied Results:The positive rate of p53 proteins was 60 2%,The high expression rate of PCNA was 55 3% p53 protein expressions and PCNA high expression were related with the metastasis of lymph node( P=0 0287,P= 0 0007,respectively) When both p53 and PCNA were highly expressed,the lymph node metastasis rate significantly higher( P< 0 01)in comparison with other cases Conclusions:The results suggest that p53 may cooperate with PCNA,and examining the expression of p53 and PCNA together may be helpful to predicating the prognosis
