中原经济区农业主体功能区划及其区际比较

Study on Major Function Oriented Zoning by Agricultural and Comparison of the Agricultural Development in the Central Plains Economic Region

依据主体功能区理论将中原经济区划分为五大农业区,各区农业发展水平趋异。郑州都市农业区的技术装备程度、中原城市群外围农业区的机械化和化学化以及黄淮海农业特区的水利化都居于较高水平,而西南部养护与防护区的农业投入水平总体偏低。五大农业区投入产出的综合效率并未完全随其投入强度正向变化,而是与其农作经营类型高度相关。其中,以粮作经营为主体的黄淮海区和西部生态养护区综合效率处于劣势,而其他区域较优。总体上,五大农业区农业全要素生产率在下滑,各区域生产效率分化明显。针对各区进行分类指导、突出重点、梯次推进是中原经济区现代农业协调发展的关键。

According to the theory of Major Function-Oriented Zone, the Central Plains Economic Region（CPER） can be divided five agricultural areas, the agricultural development level trends to be different. The extent of technical equipment in the agricultural areas of Zhengzhou city, the mechanization and chemicalization in surrounding agricultural areas of city group of central plains, and the irrigation in the Huanghuaihai special agricultural area are in a higher level, while the agricultural inputs in conservation and protection of southwest areas are in a low level overall. The input and output efficiency of the five agricultural areas is not completely positive changes with its input intensity, but is highly correlated with its farming operation type. The production efficiency of the Huanghuaihai area and w eastern ecological conservation and protection area which make grain as the main body is at a disadvantage, while the other areas are better. In general, the total factor productivity of the five agricultural areas is on the decline, and the differentiation is obvious. The classification guidance for the districts functions, outstanding the focal points, advancing in echelon, and the coordinated develigpment are the keys to the coordinated development of modern agriculture in CPER.
