Experimental observation on the therapy of herpes simplex virus keratitis with G-Rg_(3)

目的 :观察人参皂甙单体 G- Rg3 治疗病毒性角膜炎的效果。方法 :建立家兔单纯疱疹性角膜炎 ( HSK)模型 ,裂隙灯下观察病变恢复状况。结果 :实验表明 G- Rg3 可以治疗 HSK。结论 :G- Rg3 有希望成为一种抗 HSK感染的新药。

? Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of ginsenosid monomer G Rs 3 on herpes simplex virus keratitis (HSK).Methods:HSK in rabbits was induced and recovery level of HSK was dynamically observed under slit lamp.Results:The results showed that experimental HSK could be cured by G Rs 3.Conclusion:G Rs 3 is a prospective drug in treatment of HSK infection. 〔
