Extraction Crafts of Lycopene from Gannan Orange Peel after Saponification

摘要 探讨赣南脐橙皮粉末皂化后番茄红素提取最佳工艺。以赣南脐橙皮粉末为原料,0.5 mol/L碳酸钠溶液为皂化剂,乙酸乙酯为提取剂,采用分光光度法测定样品番茄红素含量。通过单因素试验探讨料液比、提取温度、提取时间对番茄红素含量的影响;然后通过正交试验得出最佳提取工艺。结果在提取工艺中对番茄红素含量的影响程度大小依次是料液比、提取温度、提取时间;最佳提取工艺为料液比(g/mL)1∶20、提取温度70℃、提取时间40 min。在最佳提取条件下,番茄红素提取量为18.63 mg/100 g。在最佳提取条件下能从赣南脐橙皮粉末中提取更多的番茄红素。 To explore the optimal extraction crafts of lycopene from powder of Gannan navel orange peel after saponification.Powder of Gannan navel orange peel,0.5 mol/L sodium carbonate solution and ethyl acetate were used as raw material,saponificationagent and extractant respectively.The content of lycopene in all samples was deter mined by spectrophotometry.Effect of solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time on content of lycopene was studied by single-factor test.Then,optimal extraction crafts were obtained from orthogonal test.The degree of effect on extraction of lycopene was solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time in proper order and the optimal extraction crafts were as follows: 1∶20(g/mL) of solid-liquid ratio,70 ℃ of extraction temperature and 40 min of extraction time.Powder of Gannan navel orange peel in the optimum crafts contains 18.63 mg/100 g of lycopene.Lycopene could be extracted more from powder of Gannan navel orange peel in the optimal extraction crafts.
