响应面法优化枸杞皮渣中色素的提取工艺 被引量:6

Optimizing the Extraction of Pigment in Chinese Wolfberry Skin Dregs with Ultrasonic Wave Technology by the Method of Response Surface Analysis

摘要 以枸杞皮渣为原料,采用超声波辅助有机溶剂浸提的方法,在单因素试验的基础上,选取提取温度、提取时间、提取目数3个优选因素,进行中心旋转组合试验设计,并建立二次回归多项方程。通过响应面法分析优化后,得出超声波辅助提取枸杞皮渣中色素的最优工艺条件为,提取剂为石油醚,提取温度为45℃,枸杞皮渣的提取目数为80目,提取时间50 min,在此条件下,浸提率为69.72%。 The Chinese wolfberry skin dregs were used as the raw material in pigment extracting.In order to improve the extraction rate,the method of ultrasonic wave assisting organic solvent extraction was adopted.Based on the single factor experiment,the extraction temperature,extraction time and extraction mesh were selected to build the central rotation combination design.What's more,the quadratic regression equation was also obtained.By the optimizing of response surface method,the optimalizing technique was obtained,which was that the extraction solvent was petroleum ether,extraction temperature was 45 ℃,the mesh of the Chinese wolfberry skin dregs was 80 and the extraction time was 50 min.Under these conditions,the extraction rate was obtained by 69.72 %.
