桦褐孔菌醇提物抗氧化和降血脂功能的研究

Study on Antioxidant and Hyperlipidemic function of Inonotus Obliquus Ethanol Extract in Vivo

研究桦褐孔菌醇提物的体内抗氧化和降血脂保健功能。选用雄性SD大鼠进行动物实验,随机分成5组,正常对照组喂饲普通饲料,其余各组喂饲高脂饲料。结果表明:桦褐孔菌醇提物能提高大鼠血清、肝脏和心脏中的SOD和GSH-Px活力、降低MDA含量;能显著降低高脂血症大鼠的血清TC、TG和LDL-C水平。为桦褐孔菌资源利用及保健品开发提供理论参考。

The antioxidant and hyperlipidemic function in vivo of htonotus Obliquus ethanol extract were studied. SD male rats were used as experimental animals and randomly divided into five groups. Rats fed normal diet were served as normal control group and all other groups were fed high fat diet over the whole experimental period. The results that IOE can significantly increase the activities of SOD and GSH-Px and decrease the contents of MDA in the serum,liver and heart. Also, IOE resulted in a decrease of TC,TG and LDL-C levels in rats serum. The research results will provide theoretical basis for the utilization and exploitation of Inonotus Obliquus resources and its healthy products.
