摘要 探讨黄秋葵果实粉(OFP)对D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠免疫功能和抗疲劳作用的影响。以昆明种小鼠为研究对象,颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖造模。正常对照组、模型对照组饲喂基础饲料,实验组小鼠饲喂含受试物低、中、高剂量(32.00、64.00、128.00 g/kg)饲料,对小鼠进行抗疲劳试验、巨噬细胞吞噬试验、免疫器官指数及血液某些生化指标的测定。D-半乳糖致衰小鼠负重游泳时间、肝糖原含量、胸腺指数、脾脏指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数下降,血清尿素氮、血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量明显上升,与正常小鼠比较差异显著;饲喂不同剂量的黄秋葵果实粉后均能提高小鼠负重游泳时间、肝糖原含量、胸腺指数、脾脏指数、腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数,同时降低血清尿素氮含量、总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量,对血糖无明显影响。适量摄入黄秋葵果实粉能显著提高衰老小鼠的免疫功能和抗疲劳能力。 To investigate the effects of Okra fruit powder(OFP) on immunity and anti-fatigue in aged mice induced by D-galactose.The subacute aged model mice were made by neck back subcutaneous injection of D-galactose continually.The mice were given different doses of Okra fruit powder 32.00,64.00 and 128.00 g/kg fed by diet for 56d respectively.Forced-swimming time,the internal organs index,the abdo minal cavity macrophage swallow rate to the mouse and the phagocytic count,the blood biochemistry target were tested.The Loaded swimming time,Liver glycogen,Thymus index,Spleen index,Phagocytic rate,Phagocytic index and Body weight gain in aged model group were significantly decreased and Serum urea nitrogen,triglyceride,cholesterol and Glucose significantly increased compared with normal mice;OFP in different doses evidently increased the Loaded swimming time,Liver glycogen,Thymus index,Spleen index,Phagocytic rate and Phagocytic index and reduced the Serum urea nitrogen level in serum in mice.OFP can obviously increased the immunity function and anti-fatigue ability of senile mice.
