摘要
综述了近四年国内外近红外无损检测技术在苹果、梨、柑橘等果品的研究情况,提出了近红外技术检测果品时存在的问题,并展望了近红外技术无损检测果品的前景。
Summarized research progress of nondestructive detection on fruits quality by NIR.The problems in measuring internal qualities of fruit with the technique were put forward and the future research was prospected.
