摘要
结合鱼类保活运输中的主要因素(温度、水质、监控措施和鱼的自身体质等),详细阐述了活鱼运输的几种方法(尤其是模拟冬眠运输法),列举了几种常用麻醉剂的使用及优缺点。同时提出鱼类保活运输中亟待解决的问题,并对保活技术的发展趋势进行了预测。
Combining main factors of keep-alive transportation for fish（temperature,water quality,monitoring measures,fish species etc）,several kinds of transportation methods,especially simulative hibernation technology were summarized.Meanwhile,the application,advantages and disadvantages of the main anesthetics for fish were illustrated.Finally,the problems in alive fish transportation which should be solved urgently were put forward.Its trends of live transportation technology were also predicted.
