摘要
目的 :寻求单侧面颈部缺损的即刻修复的有效方法。方法 :采用颈胸滑行皮瓣治疗单侧面颈部缺损。结果 :对发生在腮腺区的恶性肿瘤切除后的大面积缺损的治疗 ,获得了满意效果。结论 :该方法可靠、易行 ,易于被患者接受 ,血供明确 ,成活率高。
? Objective:To investigate the instant tissue reconstruction method for cervicofacial defect.Methods:In this paper,we used the cervicopectoral sliding flap to reconstruct the cervicofacial defect. Results:It is a satisfactory method for large defect reconstruction follwing wide excision of pariod malignant tumors.Conclusion:The cervicopectoral sliding flap has many advantages:It has been proved reliable,easy to fasion,and acceptable.The blood supply of the flap is definite and the survival rate is high. 〔
