摘要
随着我国体制转型的进一步加深,国有企业制度变革过程中工人维权的集体行动愈演愈烈,更是暴露出新的态势,化解工人维权的集体行动的路径也与此前不同。新近发生于东北某省田钢厂的工人维权的集体行动。虽然参与资金重组的企业被迫撤资,却以一人殒命为其悲剧的结局。因此,本研究选取具有代表性的东北田钢工人在国有企业改制过程中所形成的维权集体行动为研究对象,来剖析影响工人在国有企业制度变革过程中形成维权的集体行动的内外因素,并运用社会学理论对这些因素进行解析,同时试着探索化解工人在国有企业制度变革过程中维权的集体行动的路径。
With the further deepening of China's structural transformation,institutional change of state-owned enterprise workers in the process of collective activism intensified,more exposed a new trend.The ways to solve the collective action of the workers in the state-owned enterprise were different from before.The collective action had placed in which Tian steelworks in northeast,the enterprise that take part in reforming was compelled withdraw its capital,but one person died in this collective action.Therefore,in the research we choosed the typical collective action which took place in the state-owned enterprise reformation in Tian steelworks as the research object,and analysed the inside and outside factors that affected the workers collective actions taking place in the state-owned enterprise reformation.The using of sociological theory analysis of these factors,and trying to find the way to resolve collective action that the workers safeguarding their benefaction in the state-owned enterprise reformation.
