某部新兵唾液pH值、葡萄糖与淀粉酶含量检测与分析

目的分析某部新兵唾液pH值、葡萄糖与淀粉酶含量的特点。方法收集某部67名新兵的唾液样品,用精密pH试纸测定唾液pH值;使用美国Beckman SYNCHRON CX7大型全自动生化分析仪检测唾液中的葡萄糖含量与唾液淀粉酶浓度。结果唾液pH值为6.87±0.34,唾液葡萄糖浓度为(0.996±0.191)mmol/L,唾液淀粉酶浓度为(1213.104±72.125)U/L。结论本组结果可以为建立我军健康人群唾液pH值、葡萄糖与淀粉酶含量标准提供参考,同时也可为临床诊断提供参考。

Objective To investigate clinical value of pH value,concentration of Glucose and Amylase in 67 male recruits of the Second Artillery Force to analyze epidemiology factors and supply the basis for prevention and treatment of oral diseases.Methods The precise pH indicator paper was used to test salivary pH and Beckman SYNCHRON CX7 large full automatic biochemical analyzer from the United States used to detect saliva Glucose and salivary Amylase concentrations.Results Mean pH Value was 6.87±0.34,mean concentration of Glucose was（0.996±0.191） mmol/L,and mean concentration of Amylase was（1213.104±72.125） U/L.Conclusion Saliva has a complex biochemical composition and a variety of diseases in oral cavity could be reflected in the saliva.The determination of pH value,concentration of Glucose and Amylase may provide some biochemical indexes for oral diseases diagnosis.
