Clinical Parameter Detection of SCID Mice Peripheral Blood

目的 评估SCID小鼠外周血的功能状态 ,并观察是否有个体“渗漏现象”。方法 取小鼠的尾部末梢血经稀释后运用全自动血液分析仪进行检测。结果 与NC裸鼠、Balb/c小鼠相比 ,SCID小鼠的白细胞和淋巴细胞明显减少 ,随着鼠龄的增长 ,有极少数的SCID小鼠出现“渗漏现象”。结论 SCID小鼠适合于建立人源化的动物模型。

Purpose To evaluate the function of SCID mice peripheral blood and observe the individual “leakage” of SCID mice.Method The peripheral wein blood of SCID mice was analyzed with automatic blood analysis apparatus Results compared with NC naked and Balb/c mice.The leukocytes and lymphocytes of SCID mice decreased very much,with growing up of SCID mice.There is much little “leakage” in SCID mice.Conclusion SCID mice are suitable for establishing humanization animal model.
