摘要
在现有的科技水平和建造工艺下,舰船的耐压壳体在制造过程中,不可避免的要产生一定的壳圈初绕度。目前,国内耐压壳体径向初绕度一般采用激光圆度测量法,但是这些方法的测量难度大且测量数据没有实现自动化处理。该文设计了一种智能激光圆度测量仪,测量方便,可以实现测量数据的自动处理。通过试验研究,研制的智能激光圆度测量仪硬件及配套的智能激光圆度测控系统软件,广泛用于我国船舶的生产实际中,提高了监测和建造质量。
In the process of construction of submarine's pressure hull(SPH),the radial flexibility cannot be avoided under the present science and technology level and construction level.At present,laser measuring methods for roundness are usually used for measuring the radial flexibility of stiffening rib.But the methods are difficult to use and the data measured can not be dealt with automatically in the instruments.So the paper designed one intelligent instrument for roundness measurement with laser.The instrument is used easily and can dealt with the data automatically.Through experimenting and researching,the hardware and software of the intelligent instrument for roundness measurement with laser can widely be used in the quality control of ship construction.
