摘要
对"两硬"条件厚煤层实施综合机械化放顶煤开采是液压支架研究的热点。本文结合ZFS5600/22/35液压支架的开发过程,对该支架设计中的技术难关,架型关键结构型式的选择设计以及支架结构进行了详细论述。该支架的研究成功为煤矿安全生产、高产高效提供了重要保证。
Mine thick seams of the "hard " condifions the implementation of the comprehensive mechanized caving coal is the hot spot of hydraulic support research. Combined with hydraulic ZFS 5600122135 stent development process, discussed technical difficulties in stent design, selection design of frame type key structure type, and the frame structure in detail, successful research of the stand provide an important guarantee for coal mine production safety, high productivity and high efficiency.
