摘要
通过同时考虑负荷系数的修正,润滑、污染程度、偏心载荷及安装不当等因素的影响,对某炼钢厂铸造起重机大车运行机构车轮组的轮压和侧向力进行计算分析,提出了一种新的轴承寿命计算方法,并对其验证。计算表明文内提出的计算方法,能精确的计算轴承的使用寿命,并能为轴承的工程应用提供理论基础。
By considering the influence of the amendment of the load factor, lubrication, pollution levels, centric loading , improper installation and other factors at the same time, calculating and analyzing wheel pressure and ateral forces of casting crane traveling mechanism wheel group of a steelmaking plant, finally presenting a new calculation method for the bearing life, which is followed by verifying. It is the conclusion that the proposed calculation theory can accurately calculate the service life of the bearings, and can provide a theoretical basis for hearing engineering application.
