光学精密机械的典型结构——一体加工分体调整机构的设计

摘要 对于光学精密机械机构中常会遇到的多个光学件在不同自由度方向需调整,而又要求保证多光学件的光轴对准,在此提供一种思路,即在设计阶段将多个光学件的机械支撑器件放在同一个零件上加工,以保证各光学件的各定位基准的相对位置精度,加工完成后进行切断,这样既可以保证组装后的光学系统精度,又实现了多自由度的调整.此方案已在产品中应用且大批量生产,被证实是一种有效的设计方案,可供光学精密机械乃至其他机械应用参照使用。 Regarding to the case of several optical components of optics precision machinery need to be adjusted for multi-freedoms, also the request guaranteed the muhi-optics optical axis alignment, this article provides one kind of mentality, namely will be many in the design stage the optics machinery support component to place on the identical components to process, guaranteed various optics each localization da- tum the relative position precision, after the processing will complete carries on the cut-off, after also like this might guarantee the assembly the optical system precision, also has realized the multi-degree of freedom adjustment. This plan already in the product the application also the mass production, by the confirmation was one kind of effective design proposal, might supply the optics precision machinery and even other machinery application reference use.
