摘要
广泛运用于机械和电子产品的现代化涂装技术,由于其工艺之特殊性,其生产环境对于无尘化普遍要求较高.结合无尘车间之意义、构成及喷涂车间无尘化的重要性,以应用最广泛的空气喷涂方式为例,对涂装无尘车间的维护与管理进行了探讨并提供相应对策。
Modern Coating technology was widely used in machinery, electronic products＇manufacturing.Because of its particular process, coating technology requires a higher for the environment ＂s dustless . So the article utilizes the meaning of clean room, dust composition and spraying of the importance of the coating workshop, researched the maintenance and management of coating clean room, and provided the countermeasure for dealing with a situation.
